Mission Statement

Harper’s Roofing, Inc. is a family owned and operated company founded on integrity and hard work.  We provide the community free and honest assessments of roofing needs by a reputable and experienced owner.  Our reputation depends on every job!

Our vision isn’t to be the biggest roofing company in the Valley but to specialize in being the best in what we do. From small roof repairs to finding hard to find leaks to complete roof removal and reinstallation, we do the job right the first time!

We are committed to providing owners a peace of mind that only comes with experience, quality materials and excellent workmanship.

We pledge to our clients that we stand behind every job we do, from small repairs to entire re-roofs.

Let us take care of you.  Whether you need small repairs or a new roof, we are here to serve you!

Chris Harper
President

Chris began roofing in Flagstaff, Arizona where he grew up.  After moving to the valley in 1995, he became a licensed contractor and on July 2, 1999 Harper’s Roof Repair incorporated and became Harper’s Roofing, Inc.  Chris is responsible for inspecting and writing up estimates for homeowners, general contractors and commercial managers.  He oversees both the re-roof crew and repair crew.

Chris is active in adult hockey leagues and can be found 3 times a week at Oceanside.  Chris is an avid mountain and desert biker and enjoys the dunes and boating at the lake.

Tracye Harper
Vice President

Tracye, Chris’s wife, originally hails from Pleasant Hill, Iowa but considers herself a native Arizonian as she has been here for over 19 years.  A graduate of University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Business and Communications, she oversees all the aspects of the office: scheduling jobs, accounting, payroll and marketing. Tracye enjoys cooking and reading in her spare time and boating at the lake.

Logan Martineau
Repair Crew

Logan started with Harper’s Roofing, Inc. July 2010.  He came to us with limited knowledge but has learned and honed his repair and customer service skills advancing quickly to Lead Roof Repair Technician.

Logan was born and raised here and graduated from McClintock High School.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey at Oceanside Ice Arena for the Harper Roof Rats as well as four wheeling his jeep in the desert.

Steven Haley

Steven is also a native of the Valley and is a graduate of McClintock High School.  He works alongside Logan on roof repairs.

In his free time, Steven enjoys going to the movies, traveling and swimming.

Chase Haubursin
Staff

Chase is the support for both crews and the office.  He helps with the pick- up and delivery of materials, tear offs, clean ups, picking up payments from homeowners and is an all around asset by helping the repair crew and the re-roof crew.

Chase grew up in Santa Rosa, California and graduated from the University of Minnesota.  He also enjoys playing hockey at Oceanside.  As Chase grew up on a ranch in the beautiful countryside of Santa Rosa, he still enjoys riding horses and fishing.

Ismael and Bruno Santiago Zamora
Re-Roof Crew

Brothers Ismael and Bruno round out the staff with over 12 years with Harper’s Roofing, Inc. They consistently provide waterproofed and cosmetically appealing shingle and tile roof systems.

John Thompson

John hails from Anchorage, Alaska.  Before working with us, he attended NAU and worked as a spa technician in Flagstaff.  He now enjoys learning a new trade working alongside Logan.

In his free time, John enjoys snowboarding and playing disc golf and visiting anywhere with cooler weather.

Kyla Harper
Staff

Kyla, Chris and Tracye’s daughter, was born and raised in Flagstaff.  After seven years at Safeway working her way up to Floral Manager, she decided she wanted a change of pace.  Kyla is now enjoying working in the family business by answering the phone, scheduling estimates, taking payments, filing and assisting in other office tasks.

In her free time, Kyla enjoys relaxing by the pool with friends and family and spending time with her three furry children.  Woof!
