Flat Roof Repair

Patio roofs commonly last 8 – 12 years depending on the original material and sun exposure so replacing your patio roof before your shingle or tile roof is normal. We are one of a handful of companies that installs the modified bitumen using the torchdown process as it is more cosmetically appealing and longer lasting than the cold process of Peel N Stick. Also as an extra reassurance, our liability insurance covers the torchdown process. We are certified applicators for Polyglass which means we have the knowledge and experience to install this type of roof as certified by the manufacturer allowing us to warranty labor and materials for 12 years.

Foam roofs are another type of flat roof. It has a higher R Value than other types of flat roof materials and new foam roofs usually come with a longer labor warranty. Flat foam roofs do require a bit more maintenance than torchdown roofs by regularly keeping leaves and debris off the flat roof. Flat foam roofs also need to be coated every 5 - 7 years. Ask about annual and bi-annual roof cleanings and inspections.
